Kristin joined the company in 2022 to develop and lead the Strategic Project Management team, ensuring collaborative, successful client partnerships and quality delivery. Kristin has contributed to the clinical research industry for over 25 years, serving in project management of full-service Phase I-III clinical trials for over 17 years. Kristin’s experience guiding and supporting cross-functional global teams and vendors, her broad understanding of the clinical research process, and her passion to foster patient-centric clinical trials are directed toward exceeding client and patient expectations. Kristin is dedicated to continually elevating patient engagement and satisfaction throughout the clinical trial such that new safe and effective therapies are brought to market.
