Phuong joined the company in November 2023 with 20+ years of experience in the clinical trial industry. She brings a deep understanding of trial operations from multiple perspectives—CRO, sponsor, and site level.  Her career spans both trial delivery and business operations, allowing her to manage the full lifecycle of clinical trials with a keen focus on optimizing processes, improving compliance, and ensuring successful outcomes.  

In addition to her extensive operational knowledge, Phuong is a champion for implementing technology solutions that enhance trial delivery, leveraging innovative tools and platforms to drive improvements in compliance, data quality, and overall efficiency. She is passionate about advancing clinical trials through technology, process optimization, and collaborative leadership.
