Brett joined Meeting Protocol in 1998 after working in the supply chain industry. He has served as a Program Manager, Contracts and Sourcing, and other capacities at Meeting Protocol. In his capacity as CFO, Brett is also responsible for the family’s investment partnership. Brett is one of the founders of AccessBank Texas where he serves on the Board of Directors, is on the Executive and Directors Loan committees, and is chairman for the Assets and Liabilities committee.
VP, Patient Services
KimberLee’s career supporting the pharmaceutical and biotech industry began in 1998 with her work at a subsidiary of the World Health Organization. She joined the Meeting Protocol team in 2001 and in her 17-year tenure, has served in capacities as Program Manager, Trainer, Operations Manager, and Vice President of Operations. When Scout Clinical was launched in 2015, KimberLee was part of the core team of innovators who brought it to the marketplace. She presently serves as the Vice President of Patient Services overseeing our worldwide operational team. KimberLee hopes that her desire to help meet people’s needs comes through in the service she provides to the individuals we assist through Meeting Protocol and Scout Clinical.
Paige became a part of Meeting Protocol in 1999 to establish and manage the London office. After 5 years abroad, Paige returned to the Dallas headquarters as COO. Before becoming a part of Meeting Protocol, Paige was in sales, first dictation equipment and then surgical supplies. Paige brings her vast knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, as well as her extensive international travel to keep propelling Meeting Protocol and Scout Clinical forward.
Matt joined Meeting Protocol in 2013 to manage increasing compliance and reporting responsibilities. Since then, Meeting Protocol has continued to develop its capabilities and now has one of the most robust HCP reporting platforms in the industry. In 2017 Matt took on the role of Business Unit Manager for Scout Clinical, managing compliance, finance, and strategic partnerships. Matt has 15 years of experience working with companies to improve their technology, operations, and finances across a wide variety of industries. He brings this experience to Scout Clinical and helps leverage technology so we can focus our human capital on the constantly evolving needs of our clients, attendees, and patients.
Executive Director, Business Strategy
Jessica joined Meeting Protocol in January of 2020 to support existing customers and to bring awareness to new sponsors in need of MPW and Scout Clinical services. Jessica has nearly a decade of experience within the clinical research industry, serving in clinical operations and business development roles. She brings her experience managing both strategic large pharma enterprises and specialty biotechnology partnerships across all phases of clinical development. Jessica became passionate about clinical research while working with DMD patients in Guatemala during college and she continues to fuel that passion working within the MPW family in service of patients, caregivers, sites and sponsors.
Pat established Meeting Protocol Worldwide in 1995 after 10 years of meeting and event planning experience with another company. What began as a one-woman operation is now a multi-national, family-owned and operated company with over 40 full-time and 30 part-time employees. Pat’s experience in the industry, as well as her involvement in daily operations maintains the high level of service Meeting Protocol and Scout Clinical are known for.
Director of Accounting
Julian joined Meeting Protocol in 2019 to manage the growing financial and accounting responsibilities. He brings over 13 years of experience spanning a vast array of industries from oil and gas to real estate. Having served in numerous roles from finance manager to CFO in the past, his relentless aim has remained consistent with every company: improve financial efficiency and accuracy with the primary focus on client service and dependability. Julian hopes his knowledge and enthusiasm exceeds the goals and needs of our clients and patients.
