A patient’s approved caregiver requests accommodation for (4) additional travelers (including two with car seats) to a study visit, requiring changes to vehicle size and additional approvals from sponsor. Scout Clinical proceeds with the following:

• Communicate with caregiver to obtain details required for sponsor approval
• Communicate with sponsor to obtain needed approvals
• Work with local partners to upgrade vehicle size and obtain additional equipment for transfer
