Scout takes an innovative approach to patient services, customizing our services to meet the needs of each patient on a visit-by-visit basis.

Our in-house team of Scout Patient Liaisons serve as the dedicated point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the lifecycle of each study. All Patient Liaisons are Scout Clinical employees with clinical trial, customer service and global travel experience. We do not utilize a call center in order to maintain Scout’s mission and values of exemplary, personalized customer service.
